If someone needs to have their taxes done, I would recommend Bates Bean Counting to everyone. This year, I decided to switch from our previous tax person to someone new. I did a Google search, in the month of March, and after calling three different businesses I chose Bates Bean Counting. Randy was the only business/person who would complete my taxes before April 15th without charging an extension fee and his pricing was the lowest. He was timely when responding to email or text messages; he was extremely professional and knowledgeable; he was a true gentleman and very personable. When we met him in person, I felt like we have been friends for a while because he is just a genuinely nice guy who has his clients best interest at heart. I wish I would have found Bates Bean Counting years ago but from this point forward, I put my trust in Randy and now he has a new client until he decides to stop doing taxes. Thank you Randy!!!!!!
